Shipping within the continental US only. At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Orders placed before 2 PM CST on business days will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM CST will ship the following business day. Please note weekends and holidays are not considered business days, and orders are not shipped on those days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package. Please allow 2–5 business days for delivery.
Once a package has left the Oh My Stars fulfillment center and has been scanned by the mail service, Oh My Stars is no longer responsible for the delivery or arrival of the package. If your package has not arrived within 10 business days after shipment, please contact your local post office and reference your tracking number.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If an order needs to be exchanged or returned, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping as well as shipping charges for any replacement items.
